Positive

The singers were great! The way they set up the entire performance was perfect! Everything about the play was perfect! The characters were hilarious! And the costumes looked so realistic , it made me think that we were actually at Matariki. In my own opinion I think that the Matariki performance as great and totally worth $6.00.

Interesting

The characters only had 4 weeks to both know and practise the Matariki performance. The play writer only had 3days to write the entire play! In the olden Maori days, the people used the stars for navigation. Te Mauri- returns every 7 seasons to visit he mokos.


Minus

The schools both in front of us and behind we're being naughty and rude. They weren't paying attention and we're kicking us. The we're talking during the performance which was rude and ignorant. The show could have been longer and had more singing and action in it. The smoke was hurting my eyes.
